- Conducting a detailed review of processes at UK’s Largest Bank and conducting assessments to offshore the work to India.
- Setting up P2P Shared Service Center for a manufacturing company from 29 different locations.
- Setting up Payroll practice for large BPM company. The work carried out included identifying software vendors, conducting due diligence exercises with customers, and setting up the payroll.
- Setting up a Courier company providing services to domestic locations.
