Meet Our Successors
I started my journey at Corient 1.5 years ago as a Team Lead and today, I am Assistant Manager of Back Office Team. The things which have helped me to flourish in the organization are work environment, flexibility, work life balance. Senior Management has supported a lot and provided guidance time to time. In Corient, decisions are not forced on all but rather they take inputs from juniors as well and if it suits both Company and Employee it is implemented. It is definitely an Employee Centric organization and I am really Happy to be a part of it.

I started my journey at Corient 8 years ago as a Team Lead and today, I am Associate Director of Payroll Team. When a joined there was only 1 employee in my team and with the help of Senior Management, I was able to build things from scratch, the team size is currently around 35. From Managing 200 payrolls to 2100 payrolls, 400 pay slips to 11000 pay slips a month, I have grown drastically in the organization and happy to be a part of it.

I started my journey at Corient 8 years ago as an Executive and today, I am Manager of Audit & Support Team.
