She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of Mumbai and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development & Management from KJ Somaiya Institute of Management, Mumbai University. Her career began in Mumbai as an HR Consultant, where she worked with shared services teams and gained valuable experience in HR operations and workforce management.
Apurva later joined Tata Communications as a Human Resources Business Partner, where she was responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies for business units within the organisation. This role helped her develop strong expertise in aligning HR practices with business objectives.
